All About Our Turban Tying Services

Noor-E-Dastar is an online web portal that has been promoting Sikhism and turban for the last 7 years. It is a religious cum Punjabi cultural website which has a huge fan following.

As we all know that the youth of Punjab are shying away from their culture and mainly from wearing a turban. He feels that tying a turban daily before going out anywhere is a time-consuming process. But they are forgetting the definition of ``A SARDAAR`` which we inherited from our great religion and Dashmesh father Shri Guru Gobind Singh ji.

We dream of bringing Sikhism in a fashionable way in this era of the trending world to connect our youth with religion and culture. We want to see our morality alive not only for this generation but also for generations to come.

For this task, we started www.nooredastar.com, We have been promoting turban through our Facebook page for the last 5 years and now we are going to bring this mission in the e-commerce section. The project is bigger than ever in the region. Our mission is to create a fusion of culture and fashion so that everyone can adopt it very easily and happily. This will be reflected in our products how we are working hard on our design and unique concepts.

We hope that you will definitely like our initiative towards this revolutionary step of Sikhism.

Designer Turbans: The Crown of Pride

Turbans are the traditional headwear that Sikh people, usual men, wear to protect their hair.

This is because according to Sikh culture, Sikhs are not allowed to cut their hair.
The tradition of wearing a turban started with Guru Nanak and was made mandatory by Guru Gobind Singh, the tenth Sikh Guru.

The main motive of wearing the turban, however, is to take care of and protect the hair, promote equality among people and to preserve the identity of the Sikh people.

The Sikh turbans with different colors and styles can be associated with different groups of Sikhs, fashion or religious convictions.
There are different styles for turban to be worn on different occasions as well. For example, longer turbans are worn in formal settings like weddings, celebrations, etc.
